2. Information-security responsibilities

I acknowledge that, in the course of my engagement, I will:
  • Comply with all Neuroscale information-security policies, including the Information Security Policy, Acceptable Use, Access Control, Data Management, and AI Acceptable Use policies.
  • Use company systems and data only for authorized business purposes and protect credentials and devices per policy.
  • Complete required security-awareness training at hire and annually.
  • Report suspected security or privacy incidents promptly via security@neuroscale.ai.

3. Confidentiality / non-disclosure

I will hold in confidence, and not use or disclose except as required to perform my duties, all Confidential Information of Neuroscale, its customers, candidates, and partners — including personal data, customer content, source code, business and technical information, and trade secrets. This obligation continues after my engagement ends. On separation I will return or destroy all Confidential Information and company property.

4. Intellectual property

Work product created within the scope of my engagement is assigned to Neuroscale to the extent permitted by law.

5. Code of Conduct & policy acknowledgement
