I have returned (or, where authorized, destroyed and certified the destruction of) all Neuroscale property and Confidential Information in my possession or control, including laptops and devices, access cards/keys, storage media, and any Neuroscale Confidential Information held on personal devices or personal accounts. I have not retained any copy. See the Asset Management Policy and Data Management Policy.2. Access
I understand my access to Neuroscale systems is being revoked per the SLA in the Access Control Policy → Removal & adjustment and the Offboarding Procedure, and I will not attempt to access any Neuroscale system or data after my separation date.3. Surviving confidentiality and IP obligations
I understand that my confidentiality obligations and my assignment of inventions and work product to Neuroscale survive the end of my engagement, per the Employee Agreement and the Proprietary Information & Inventions Assignment. I will continue to hold Neuroscale and its customers’ Confidential Information in confidence and will not use or disclose it.4. Insider-trading obligations
I understand that if I am in possession of Neuroscale material non-public information (“MNPI”) at separation, I remain subject to the trading and tipping restrictions in the Insider Trading Policy until that information has become public and the market has digested it.5. Trade-secret and other surviving terms
I understand any other security or confidentiality agreements that remain valid after termination — as communicated to me at separation — continue to bind me. (List any role-specific surviving agreements, or state “None”: {{surviving_agreements}})6. Protected reports are preserved
Nothing in this acknowledgement, or in any agreement I have signed, limits my right to report possible violations of law to a government agency, to participate in a government investigation, or to make any disclosure protected under whistleblower law, and I do not need Neuroscale’s permission to do so.
