Code §20-871(b)(1) and 6 RCNY §5-303. Neuroscale supplies the AEDT-feature description and the bias-audit summary referenced below; the Customer fills in the role-specific qualifications and the accommodation contact.Independent auditor status. As of the effective date of this template, Neuroscale has not yet engaged an independent auditor satisfying 6 RCNY §5-301 to perform a bias audit; Customers must not deploy Arbi as an AEDT in New York City until that audit has been completed and the public summary is available. See the current status published in Neuroscale’s Trust Center for the engagement status.
