Password manager
All Neuroscale employees use Dashlane. It’s required for any account you sign in to for work. IT provisions accounts during onboarding. Don’t:- Reuse passwords between work and personal accounts.
- Share passwords (even with your manager — request a separate account).
- Store passwords in browsers, sticky notes, text files, or anywhere outside the password manager.
Standards
For systems that don’t sit behind SSO:- At least 12 characters.
- A mix of character classes (the password manager generates this for you).
- Unique per service.
- No common-password / leaked-password matches (the password manager checks).
Resets
For SSO-backed accounts → reset through Rippling. For other systems → use the system’s built-in reset; verify via your Neuroscale email and MFA. If you suspect a password is compromised, change it immediately and email security@neuroscale.ai.Compromise checks
The password manager checks your stored passwords against breach databases automatically. Address red items the same day.Version history
